Dear Paramount,

Thank you for choosing HD-DVD over Sony’s Blu-Ray. Though there are many reasons for me to be thankful for this decision, the biggest is the girl fit that Michael Bay threw upon hearing the news. He is quoted as saying:

“I want people to see my movies in the best formats possible. For them to deny people who have Blu-ray sucks! They were progressive by having two formats. No Transformers 2 for me.“

It is my fondest desire that you hold him to this promise. For some reason people think that Bay is capable of directing movies that do not suck. This is very clearly not the case. Up until Transformers was released, his movies seemed to be waning with the general movie going populace, based on the declining box office results of those projects. Unfortunately with a property like Transformers, Uwe Boll could have brought in a few hundred million dollars. By bringing in an actual talented director next time out, you’ll be able to see the difference it makes. In conclusion, thank you again for making Michael Bay cry like a girl and please make sure he keeps his word to avoid Transformers 2. Thank you.
